Item arrived well within time. Packaged well. Had slight scratches on the base but hardly noticeable. Cushion feels top notch & well padded. Only issue is my two stools cushion sit slightly forward than in the center and hence when you try to sit on it, the stool tilts and one could fall. The base did have plastic like inserts but still the stool slips and tilts Seller offered a partial refund which was acceptable rather than taking the hassle to deassemble and pack & ship
