We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a faulty or wrong item, please contact us at vahespark1133@gmail.com — you do not need to send the item back.
Return conditions:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the item
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- In case of defect — contact us with a photo, no need to return the item
- Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer (for non-defective returns)
- Refund will be issued within 5-7 days after confirmation
